This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to build a territory, establish meaningful client relationships, and grow your income through uncapped commission potential. In this role, you'll represent our comprehensive portfolio of ventilators, oxygen therapy, sleep apnea treatment, wound care, and diabetic solutions to healthcare providers, hospitals, and referral sources. Work Environment This role requires extensive territory coverage across central Ohio, involving regular face-to-face client interactions, relationship building, and sales strategy. Within 25 miles preferred Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and grow referral relationships Educate healthcare providers about Rotech's products and services Prospect, present, and close new accounts Partner with local team to ensure seamless service Report sales activity and territory trends Build and maintain solid relationships with internal and external customers
Compensation & Benefits Compensation:
Entry-Level Candidates:
$45,000/year base + uncapped commission
Experienced Candidates:
$45,000-$55,000/year base + uncapped commission Quarterly bonuses for exceeding goals Mileage reimbursement

Qualifications Required:
