Your mission
Responsible for generating sales through current leads, cold calling, parts campaigns, negotiating sales terms and providing parts information to customers and partners. Managing, increasing and maintaining the opportunity pipeline in Salesforce for the customer base while achieving monthly opportunities and sales targets.
Key responsibilities
Execute cold and warm calls, the sales process, and closing of sales
Develop meaningful relationships with customers/dealers/partners to encourage trust and customer loyalty, including but not limited to quoting, expediting, follow up, general outreach, etc.
Coordinate with AR/Tax/Finance/RDC to ensure customer service levels are maintained and customers/dealers/partners orders flow seamlessly through the sales cycle
Use CRM to document sales activities, opportunities, review sales history, order process, etc.
Promote parts and accessory campaigns and offers
Achieve sales goals and objectives as defined by management
What we are looking for
High School diploma or equivalent required
2 years of inside sales experience
Transportation industry or heavy/industrial equipment experience in parts or service sales
Mechanical aptitude - as it relates to product and parts knowledge Ability to execute sales process from initial contact through closing
Ability to develop and manage customer relationships
Travel required, est.
