About the Role We are seeking a driven Account Executive to support both our home health and hospice services across the Oklahoma City metro and surrounding communities. This role is essential in building strong partnerships, generating referrals, and ensuring patients and families have access to compassionate, high-quality care. What You'll Do Build and maintain relationships with physicians, referral sources, and community partners throughout the OKC metro area Serve as a liaison between the agency, healthcare providers, and the community Promote both home health and hospice services Generate and track referrals through consistent outreach and follow-up Maintain an accurate and up-to-date contact database Prepare and manage marketing materials and service information Provide weekly and monthly reports on outreach activity, leads, and referrals Collaborate closely with the Regional Director of Marketing to execute strategic initiatives Support delivery of materials and assist with operational needs as required Execute marketing plans within budget guidelines What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business, marketing, or related field preferred (Bachelor's degree a plus) Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional presence Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general computer systems Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare services (home health and/or hospice) preferred Proven ability to generate leads and build professional relationships Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required Compensation & Bonus Structure Competitive base salary (based on experience) Performance-based bonus structure tied to referral growth and admissions Mileage reimbursement for business-related travel This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by performance and wants to directly influence their earning potential!
