Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or related field. 4 years in marketing, public relations, communications or related experience.
Equivalency/Substitution :
Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree. A one-to-one ratio is used to determine the number of years of experience required in place of a degree.
Department Preferences:
Bachelor's degree in strategic communications or marketing or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates comprehensive knowledge, skill, and understanding of position requirements. 3-5 years of customer service experience, including time spent in direct account/client management. Professional agency experience. Impeccable written and oral communication skills. Client service oriented. Excels in managing relationships. Highly organized and experience in robust project management software. Ability to strategically think in both communication and process. Team player with initiative and enthusiasm. Project management skills. Desire to gain professional development opportunities. Strong work ethic, adaptability and flexibility in handling various clients' needs.
