We're seeking a motivated Account Executive - Home Health to grow referral partnerships, expand community awareness, and connect patients with high-quality in-home clinical care. In this role, you'll act as a trusted resource to physicians, hospitals, and community partners—educating them on home health services and driving referral growth through strong relationships and consistent outreach. What You'll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and community partners Promote home health services and educate referral sources on eligibility, clinical outcomes, and care coordination Drive referral volume and support census growth through targeted sales and marketing activities Plan and implement community education and outreach initiatives Support the development of new programs and service offerings Assist in creating and maintaining annual marketing plans and performance goals Maintain accurate referral, physician, and marketing databases Coordinate business development efforts within medical networks Partner with clinical and operational teams to ensure a smooth referral and admission process What We're Looking For Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong understanding of consultative healthcare sales Team-oriented mindset with high professional and ethical standards Ability to travel within a 75-mile radius of the home office (occasionally more) Valid driver's license with reliable, insured transportation Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications Home health, healthcare sales, or clinical liaison experience preferred Why Join Us?
