About Model No. (https://www.model-no.com/) Model No. (an IC3D, Inc. brand) designs and manufactures 3D-printed modular furniture for commercial interiors. Our flagship Onda banquette system is specified by architecture and design firms across hospitality, workplace, and education projects. We're a small Columbus-based team heading into NeoCon 2026 with real momentum, and we're looking for an Account Coordinator to grow with us. The Role You'll support our Account Executive and CEO by running the execution layer of our sales pipeline — from the moment an RFQ lands to the day the project ships. You'll be the steady hand that makes sure specs are right, quotes go out fast, fabrication partners are aligned, and nothing falls through the cracks. This is a grow-with-us role. You'll start part-time with clear ownership of your scope, and as the business scales, the role converts to a full-time salaried position with room to grow. There is potential to start full-time depending on your skills and experience. This is not a sales role. Our Account Executive owns customer relationships and our CEO owns top-of-funnel and strategic partnerships. Your job is to run the work — the coordination, the quoting, the specs, the follow-through. What You'll Do
Triage incoming RFQs within 4 hours — qualify the ask, gather specs, set expectations
Build quotes and proposals using our internal templates and tools
Coordinate with external fabrication partners on custom configurations, lead times, and tolerances
Maintain HubSpot pipeline hygiene — every deal has a stage, next step, and close date
Run weekly pipeline reviews with the Account Executive and CEO
Follow up on open quotes so nothing goes stale past 7 days
Coordinate samples, tearsheets, and CAD deliverables to A&D clients
Own post-award project execution through shipping and installation handoff
What You Bring Required:
2-5 years in account coordination, project coordination, commercial furniture, interiors, construction management, or a related field
Strong organization and follow-through — this role is 80% keeping track of details
Clean written communication — your emails and proposals go directly to architects and designers
Comfortable reading architectural drawings and floor plans
Fluency (or fast learner) with HubSpot (CRM platform)
Central Ohio based so you can spend time at our facility as you ramp
Bonus Points:
Background at a commercial furniture dealer, commercial GC, interior design firm, or contract furniture manufacturer
Degree or certificate in interior design, construction management, industrial design, or project management — helpful but absolutely not required
Basic CAD or Revit literacy
Genuine interest in design, furniture, or manufacturing — not just looking for "a job" Who This Is For This role is ideal if you are:

Flexible part-time schedule (15-20 hrs/week) with a clear path to a full-time salaried role ($45K-$55K). Potential to start full-time immediately.
Hybrid — mostly remote with occasional time at our Columbus facility
