Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally. Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and confidence with clients. Skills Multilingual abilities with proficiency in English; additional languages are a strong plus. Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center roles with outbound calling responsibilities. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and data entry accuracy. Familiarity with customer service best practices, including call etiquette and active listening techniques. Ability to analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions quickly.
