Job Description

Renovia is a nationally recognized commercial construction company specializing in coatings, repairs, and restoration services. We are seeking a Account Executive to drive business development and revenue growth within the Texas maket, with a primary focus in Austin, San Antonio, Houston and Dallas. This is a high-impact, client-facing sales role focused on multifamily (apartment complexes) and commercial opportunities. The position requires a self-driven sales professional who can operate independently, build strong client relationships, and consistently generate and close new business.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary:
$70,000 - $85,000 (depending on experience)
Bonus:

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, owners, and decision-makers Drive revenue growth through both new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to develop project opportunities and proposals Lead the sales process from initial outreach through closing deals Present solutions and proposals tailored to client needs Maintain accurate pipeline, activity tracking, and forecasting in Salesforce Meet or exceed established KPIs, revenue goals, and sales targets Develop and execute strategic sales plans for territory growth Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity Participate in client meetings, site visits, and industry events Mentor and support junior sales team members as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) 2+ years of proven success in B2B sales Strong experience in multifamily, restoration, coatings, painting, or renovation sales (highly preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated and highly driven with the ability to work independently Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders Willingness to travel 25-30%
