In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new client relationships and developing tailored strategies to meet clients' needs. You will actively engage in prospecting, attend networking events and run sales calls to showcase Nomolos Creative's services. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth. What You'll Be Doing Prospecting and generating your own opportunities (this is not a "sit and wait" role) Reaching out to businesses, startups, and service providers Attending networking events and building relationships in person Running discovery calls and closing deals Managing your pipeline and staying consistent with outreach Who This Is For Someone hungry —you care more about income potential than comfort You don't need to be micromanaged You're willing to hear "no" a lot to get to "yes" You want to build something long-term , not just collect a paycheck You're competitive and take ownership of your results Why This Role Is Different Most sales jobs pay you once. This means every deal you close becomes a long-term income stream , not just a one-time payout. 1099 Required Qualifications Proven abilities in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategy Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Familiarity with CRM tools Understanding of advertising, branding, and creative strategy Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail Previous experience in sales or marketing roles, particularly in creative or advertising environments, is preferred Availability to work on-site in South Salt Lake, UT, with some remote flexibility Must Haves This role is for self-starters who don't wait for opportunity—they go create it.
