Ready to jump start your sales and marketing career in the outdoor media industry. MH Outdoor seeks an entry-level Account Executive who is ready to hustle!! This opportunity has significant potential and a dedicated mentor. This is the perfect training ground if you are hungry for it.
Position Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed sales targets, monitor personal sales data and reports. Target established clients and potential businesses in Austin, San Antonio & Waco. Create and enhance relationships by phone, email, and in-person. Make industry connections, build trust, and grow the network. Locate prospects, follow up on leads, prepare proposals, presentations, and research. Demonstrate presentation skills using computer tools and present to clients regularly. Develop new product knowledge and selling skills to close the sale. Actively participate in developmental meetings, sales meetings, and seminars. Pro-actively communicate with clients verbally and in writing. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans, regularly reviewing with the supervisor. Demonstrate resilience in response to rejection. Follow up on all client production orders and address any arising issues. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of clients and sales activity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Must be comfortable with this being a fully remote role. There will be significant driving time each week as you will visit clients regularly. Successful completion of pre-employment screening. Authorization to work in the USA. Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.

Compensation:
base salary + commission. Mobile phone expense and vehicle expense reimbursements. No commission cap, unlimited earning potential as you grow your book of business.
