Aviation Sales Account Executive (Outside Sales) Are you energized by building new relationships and closing deals? Looking for a role where your effort directly drives growth? CTS is expanding and we're hiring a sales professional to help us reach new clients in the aviation industry. CTS delivers online aviation training solutions to professionals worldwide.

help clients succeed through high-quality training and outstanding service. As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who can contribute to that mission while bringing in new business. What You'll Do In this role, you'll take ownership of generating new opportunities and converting prospects into long-term clients. This is a proactive, outreach-heavy position where persistence and relationship-building are key.
Core responsibilities include:
Researching and identifying prospective customers within the aviation sector Initiating contact through cold calls, email campaigns, and industry events Engaging decision-makers to understand their training needs Presenting tailored solutions through demos, meetings, and proposals Managing your sales pipeline from first contact through closing Partnering with internal team members to onboard new clients smoothly Tracking activity and performance using Zoho CRM What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is motivated, confident, and comfortable creating opportunities from scratch.
