About the Position As an Account Executive at Sectra, your goal is not just to meet customer expectations—but to exceed them. You will serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare organizations, helping customers maximize the value of their investment while identifying opportunities to support their evolving needs. Success in this role requires a combination of relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, business acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. No two days are the same, and you will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to drive long-term success. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for: Developing trusted relationships with a portfolio of major healthcare clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnership Acquiring a thorough understanding of customer objectives, workflows, and business challenges Prospecting, qualifying, and closing new opportunities within assigned accounts and territories Planning and managing strategic executive-level meetings with customer stakeholders Driving sales of Sectra products and services to meet and exceed revenue objectives Expanding relationships within existing customer organizations by identifying opportunities to deliver additional value Serving as a subject matter expert on Sectra's solutions and acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams Leading and participating in clinical, workflow, and technical discussions with customers Ensuring products and services are delivered successfully and aligned with customer expectations Collaborating across Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services teams Partnering closely with Customer Support and Operations teams to help resolve customer concerns and drive positive outcomes Maintaining accurate account information, forecasts, and opportunity tracking within CRM systems Preparing regular reports and business reviews for internal and external stakeholders Skills & Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or a related customer-facing role Experience working within healthcare technology, enterprise software, medical imaging, or a related industry preferred Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships across multiple stakeholder levels Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to lead strategic discussions and navigate complex customer environments Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Experience using CRM platforms and sales forecasting tools Ability to understand and communicate technical and clinical concepts to a variety of audiences Self-motivated, collaborative, and driven to achieve results How We Make Your Job Meaningful and Rewarding At Sectra, we combine the entrepreneurial spirit of a growing technology company with the stability and experience of a global organization. The salary range for this position is $115,000-$135,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
