Account Executive Sales (Outside) Sandy Springs, Georgia Direct Hire May 13, 2026 Senior Account Executive - Logistics & Supply Chain Solutions

Compensation:
$85,000+ Base Salary +
Uncapped Commission Commission Structure:
8.5% of Gross Profit (Year 1) | 6% of Gross Profit (Ongoing)

Our client excels in truck brokerage, international freight forwarding (Ocean & Air), and comprehensive 3PL services. Known for their white-glove customer service and tailored logistics strategies, they support a robust portfolio of clients across the U.S., Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean. The Role We are seeking a high-energy Senior Account Executive with a "hunter" mentality to drive new business acquisition. This is a results-oriented role where you will own the entire sales lifecycle—from initial prospecting to closing and managing high-volume accounts. You will be supported by a strong operations team, allowing you to focus on what you do best: selling and scaling revenue. Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Proactively prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within freight brokerage, 3PL, and international forwarding.
Pipeline Management:
Build and maintain a consistent sales funnel through high-volume outbound activity, including cold calling, email campaigns, and virtual/in-person meetings.
Account Growth:
Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring successful onboarding and identifying opportunities to expand service offerings within existing accounts.
Operational Synergy:
Partner closely with the operations and carrier procurement teams to ensure service execution meets and exceeds client expectations.
CRM Excellence:
Maintain meticulous records of sales activity, lead status, and performance metrics to ensure data-driven territory management.
Revenue Performance:
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual gross profit (GP) targets to maximize your uncapped commission potential. Required Qualifications
Industry Expertise:
3-7+ years of proven sales experience specifically within Logistics, Freight Brokerage, or 3PL.
Proven Track Record:
A demonstrated history of winning new business and hitting aggressive sales quotas in a high-volume, KPI-driven environment.
Sales Acumen:
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. You must be comfortable speaking with everyone from shipping managers to C-suite executives.
Self-Starter Mindset:
Ability to stay disciplined and motivated in a 100% remote work environment.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional industry experience. Technical & Regional Familiarity (Preferred) Experience selling diversified modes (Full Truckload, LTL, Ocean, and Air). Familiarity with the Southeast U.S. logistics market and trade lanes involving Puerto Rico or the Caribbean is a significant plus. Why Join This Team?
