Job Description
GlobalSourceIT specializes in ERP and IT consulting solutions for enterprise clients across the country. We are part of one of the Midwest's largest privately owned staffing and consulting organizations, supporting complex technology and business transformation initiatives. We are growing our Account Executive team in Milwaukee. This is a full-cycle, consultative sales role focused on developing new client relationships within enterprise organizations. You will build and grow your own book of business while partnering with an experienced recruiting team that helps deliver results. Day-to-Day Build relationships through calls, LinkedIn, email, networking, and client meetings Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation through long-term account growth Learn how clients operate and help solve business and technology challenges Partner closely with recruiters to deliver talent and consulting solutions Stay organized, proactive, and consistent in your follow-through What Makes This Different Than Other Sales Roles No territories or micromanagement Direct access to clients with real ownership of relationships Strong support from a tenured recruiting and delivery team Uncapped commission and long-term earning potential Opportunity to build something that is truly yours $75-100K Salary plus commission Who Usually Does Well Here Experience in B2B, consulting, insurance, advertising, or other relationship-driven sales Comfortable with outreach and creating new opportunities Naturally curious, competitive, and self-motivated Prefer consultative relationships over transactional selling This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the market, meeting clients, and steadily growing something they can be proud of.
