Commission Job Summary Matrix Capital is seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive business development and client relationship management within the private lending sector. This role focuses on generating loan opportunities, building strategic partnerships, managing client pipelines, and collaborating with internal teams to efficiently close deals. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, relationship-oriented, and possesses strong awareness of real estate and financial concepts. Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify, prospect, and develop new borrower and broker relationships Build and maintain a strong and consistent client pipeline Attend networking events, real estate meetups, and industry functions to expand market presence Generate qualified loan opportunities through outbound and inbound channels Client Relationship Management Understand client financing needs and propose suitable lending solutions Maintain long-term relationships with repeat clients and referral partners Provide timely follow-ups, updates, and professional communication throughout the deal cycle Deal Coordination Collaborate with loan processing, underwriting, and operations teams Assist in preparing deal summaries, proposals, and presentation materials Track deal progress from initial inquiry through funding and closing Qualifications Prior experience as an Account Executive, Advertising AE, Sales Executive, or Client Manager preferred Knowledge of the real estate industry strongly preferred Understanding of financial planning, investments, or lending concepts is a plus Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously English required, bilingual skills are a plus Key Skills Client acquisition and relationship management Sales strategy and negotiation Market awareness in real estate and finance Presentation and communication skills Pipeline management and follow-through Professionalism and confidentiality Compensation Structure Commission per Closed Deal Quarterly and Annual Performance Bonuses Accelerated commission tiers for high performers Growth Opportunity This role offers strong upside potential for high performers, with advancement paths into Senior Account Executive, Business Development Director, or Partner-Level positions, along with expanded commission structures and leadership opportunities.Pay:
