Team North Star is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to help business owners throughout the Twin Cities protect and grow their businesses through customized insurance and risk management solutions. This isn't a call-center job. This isn't a customer service role. This is a relationship-driven B2B sales opportunity where you'll work directly with business owners, generate new business, close deals, and build a valuable book of business while partnering with a network of successful Farmers Insurance agencies. 00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Flexible Schedule Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Qualifications Property & Casualty Producer License preferred (or willingness to obtain required licenses with company support) Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, outside sales, insurance sales, or account management preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented Comfortable prospecting, networking, and managing a sales pipeline Ability to work independently Responsibilities What You'll Do Meet with business owners and key decision-makers Prospect and develop new commercial opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach Identify coverage gaps, exposures, and risk management opportunities Present customized insurance solutions tailored for each business Prepare and present proposals for: Business Owners Policies (BOP), General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Commercial Auto, Commercial Umbrella, and additional commercial insurance products.
