This is a hands-on, front-line sales role focused on outbound prospecting, relationship building, and closing B2B business across corporate gifting, wholesale, fundraising, and bulk orders. The role operates independently, reporting to the Marketing Director, with occasional local travel to engage large corporations, SMEs, non-profits, schools, and hospitality/event companies. Responsibilities Execute consistent daily sales cadence including outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with disciplined tracking of activity and opportunities Drive full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and repeat business Prospect and close new business across corporate gifting, client appreciation, events, hospitality, fundraising, and wholesale Represent and promote the Mrs Prindables & Affy Tapple brands professionally Expand market presence through networking, referrals, and direct outreach Build strategic partnerships with corporate partners, schools, and organizations supporting fundraising initiatives Collaborate with marketing on campaigns to drive corporate and bulk sales Monitor competitor activity and stay informed on industry trends in corporate gifting, food, and fundraising Required Qualifications 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales within gifting, food, CPG, or hospitality Strong track record of outbound prospecting and closing new business Comfortable with high-volume outreach and daily sales activity Skilled in building relationships and converting them into revenue Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Strong prospecting skills and experience with high-volume outreach What This Role Offers Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential Performance-driven incentives tied to revenue growth Opportunity to play a key role in scaling a high-impact sales channel Potential for future leadership as the corporate sales function grows Hybrid role requiring at least three days in-office, engaging in strategy meetings, product development & tastings, and teamcollaborations.
