The Customer Account Executive is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers. This role focuses on understanding customers' needs, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to grow the business. The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive sales, demonstrate a strong ability to develop and expand new business opportunities, and be willing to travel to engage directly with customers and explore new markets. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand goals, challenges, and business objectives to provide tailored solutions. Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, distribution, etc.) to meet customer needs. Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities. Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and business updates with clients. Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM system. Stay up to date with company products/services and industry trends. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1+ years of experience in customer service role or sales experiencePhysical Demands:
