Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Employee Benefits Account Executive to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional benefits solutions to our clients, helping them navigate complex insurance plans and benefits administration with confidence. Your enthusiasm for sales, combined with your expertise in benefits and customer service, will drive growth and foster long-term relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your negotiation skills, multilingual abilities, and analysis expertise to make a meaningful impact in the employee benefits space. Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including retail sales and telemarketing campaigns Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized benefits administration guidance and customer service Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to recommend tailored insurance sales solutions that meet their unique requirements Negotiate benefit packages and insurance plans, ensuring optimal terms for both clients and the company Manage sales administration tasks such as preparing proposals, processing documentation, and tracking client interactions Communicate complex benefits information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, utilizing strong communication skills Stay informed about industry trends, HIPAA regulations, and marketing strategies to enhance service delivery and compliance Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently while maintaining client satisfaction Strong analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend suitable benefits solutions Multilingual or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse client populations effectively Effective communication skills for engaging presentations, consultations, and ongoing client support Knowledge of benefits administration processes and HIPAA compliance standards Ability to handle sales administration tasks efficiently while managing multiple client accounts simultaneously Join us as an Employee Benefits Account Executive where your energy, expertise, and passion for sales will drive success! $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
