Job Description
Homewatch CareGivers of Loudoun is seeking a high-performing Healthcare Account Executive to drive growth through strategic relationship development with healthcare and community referral sources. You are a relationship-driven professional who thrives in a field-based role, building trust with healthcare providers and becoming a reliable resource in your community. You are self-motivated, organized, and consistent—planning your days, following up diligently, and taking ownership of your results. You are confident engaging new contacts, resilient in the face of rejection, and focused on turning relationships into long-term referral partnerships. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Demonstrated record of stable employment and long-term reliability in prior roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Valid driver's license
- Bachelor's degree preferred, not required Major Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory-based growth plan to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key referral sources including hospitals, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, and other healthcare providers
- Generate consistent referral volume through proactive outreach & relationship development
- Conduct regular in-person visits and meaningful conversations with referral sources
- Plan and execute structured weekly routes to ensure consistent coverage of priority accounts
- Deliver presentations, in-services, and participate in networking and community events
- Represent the organization in a professional, responsive, and solutions-oriented manner
- Develop and maintain a network of referral partners and strategic "power partners"
- Establish strong relationships within the local community to support long-term growth
- Coordinate with providers to support client needs and strengthen referral pathways
- Facilitate referrals and ensure timely, effective follow-up
- Maintain and prioritize a portfolio of referral accounts based on opportunity and performance
- Track all activity, referrals, and interactions in CRM
- Provide timely communication and follow-up with referral sources and internal team members
- Adjust territory strategy and account focus based on results and market feedback
- Execute a structured weekly field sales model aligned with our "Blueprint for Success"
- Maintain a disciplined schedule of outreach with consistent engagement of referral sources
- Track all activity, referral development, and outcomes in CRM and reporting tools Submit weekly reports summarizing activity levels, referral pipeline, and key opportunities
Pay:
