Phase 1 (The Blueprint): You will initially utilize your existing Seattle and Portland dental network to launch our Home Sleep Test (HST) screening pipeline across a tight group of independent, proof-of-concept clinics. You will hands-on coach these clinical teams to integrate our 30-second screening protocol into their daily hygiene workflow, aiming for a consistent target of 1 patient referral per clinic, per day . Phase 2 (The Scale): Armed with local case studies and data, you will transition to corporate institutional sales—pitching regional Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) and multi-location practice groups across the Pacific Northwest to secure group-wide integration mandates.
Key Responsibilities Secure & Launch Partnerships:
Move regional dental practices from cold prospects to active, daily referral partners utilizing our zero-friction HST screening platform.
Drive Clinical Adoption:
Host professional "Lunch & Learns" to train Registered Dental Hygienists (RDHs) and Office Managers on spotting airway health markers and executing our brief chairside script.
Target Regional DSOs:
Pitch C-suite corporate dental executives on how our workflow drives incremental, zero-overhead value back to their practices without creating operational bottlenecks.
Account Performance Management:
Hand off custom, screening assets and manage account compliance to ensure partner offices hit their operational throughput goals.
CRM Analytics Tracking:
Track pipeline data, gatekeeper insights, and clinical sentiment daily via our mobile field portal. What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
Experience:
3+ years of documented success in B2B Dental Sales (e.g., dental implants, labs, capital equipment, dental SaaS, or specialty pharmaceutical sales).
The Rolodex:
Active, pre-existing professional relationships with dentists, hygienists, and office managers in the Greater Seattle/Bellevue market. Applications without dental industry experience will not be considered.
Executive Polish:
Comfort moving fluidly between a clinical conversation with a dental hygienist and a corporate financial presentation to a DSO executive.
Strategic Execution:
A self-starter who understands how to build a local case study and leverage it into high-volume, multi-location institutional contracts. Why Join Us?
