Junior Account Executive Sign Art Studio / Make Signs Not War Madison, WI | Full-Time | Growth-Focused Compensation We don't just sell signs. At Sign Art Studio / Make Signs Not War, we blend tradition, creativity, craftsmanship, and urgency to deliver kick-ass signage and a one-of-a-kind client experience. We're looking for a Junior Account Executive who is eager to learn, grow, and develop into a trusted advisor for our clients and team. This is an opportunity for someone early in their sales or business career who wants hands-on experience in branding, signage, construction, communication, and client relationships while being mentored by an experienced team. You do not need to know everything on day one. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and willingness to grow. What You'll Do As a Junior Account Executive, you'll support and learn from our sales and project teams while developing the skills needed to manage client relationships and opportunities confidently.
You will:
Assist with client communication and follow-up Support discovery calls, proposals, and sales activities Learn how to guide clients through signage and branding projects Coordinate surveys, concepts, and project information internally Maintain organized CRM notes and pipeline updates Help prepare proposals, approvals, and documentation Deliver responsive and professional communication Learn how projects move from sales through production and installation Support smooth handoffs to Project Management Build relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams This role is designed to develop future Account Executives and long-term leaders within our company.
