Radio Account Executive

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to help continue the rapid growth of two amazing radio stations in the heart of the beautiful Texas Highland Lakes! 102.9 Stinger FM and 106.5 Hook FM are looking for a driven account executive to join our team with a focus on selling in a territory consisting of Marble Falls, Horseshoe Bay, Johnson City, and surrounding areas. What You'll Do Become an expert: Get to know our unique station formats and the audiences we serve.

Build a client base:

Proactively identify and develop relationships with local businesses to understand their marketing needs.

Nurture and Grow:

Maintain and expand existing client relationships, ensuring their continued satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.

Utilize Technology:

Effectively use our CRM system to track leads, manage client interactions, and monitor campaign performance.

Close deals and exceed goals:

Negotiate contracts and meet ambitious sales targets.

Be a community ambassador:

Represent our stations at local events and networking functions.

What You Bring Sales experience:

A proven track record of success in sales (media sales is a plus, but not required) Passion for the

Highland Lakes:

Familiarity with the area, an understanding for small town markets and a genuine desire to see local businesses thrive.

Communication superstar:

Excellent interpersonal, written, and presentation skills.

Self-motivation and initiative:

You're a go-getter who can work independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
