You will manage an existing book of business while actively prospecting, balancing customer retention with new revenue growth. What You Will Do Execute a high volume of outbound and inbound sales activity (50+ calls per day). Manage and grow a book of existing clients with recurring advertising needs. Prospect for new business while proactively retaining and expanding current accounts. Run short, transactional sales cycles with speed and accuracy. Recommend and sell customized print and digital advertising solutions. Handle order entry, updates, and campaign adjustments efficiently. Use Salesforce and internal tools to track activity, manage pipeline, and maintain organization. Balance prospecting, client communication, and administrative work throughout the day. What It Takes to Succeed This role is built for disciplined, effort-driven sellers who take ownership of their results. Maintain consistent daily activity and intensity, not just occasional bursts. Make 50+ calls per day and sustain a high level of outbound effort. Stay accountable to performance metrics, pacing, and revenue goals. Balance hunting (new business) with farming (client retention and growth). Remain resilient and coachable in a prospecting-heavy environment. Structure your day effectively across outreach, follow-up, and administrative tasks. Push beyond minimum activity when behind pace. Stay organized while managing multiple clients, deadlines, and campaigns. Track your own performance and continuously improve. Key Skills & Attributes Phone-first mindset with confidence in high-volume outbound calling. Strong time management and attention to detail. Comfort working independently in a remote environment. Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple systems and tools. Adaptability and curiosity when selling both print and digital solutions. Strong customer service skills paired with a results-driven sales approach. You do not need to be a media expert-but you do need to confidently: Explain the value of local print and classifieds. Show how digital solutions expand reach, frequency, and response. Tailor advertising packages to meet client goals. What You Will Gain Base salary of $40,000 + uncapped commission (OTE $55K-$60K in year one). 3-month commission guarantee to support ramp-up. 100% remote work environment.
