Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Restaurant Marketing and Sales professional to lead our efforts in boosting restaurant visibility, driving customer engagement, and increasing revenue. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop innovative marketing strategies, cultivate strong business relationships, and expand our presence within the hospitality industry. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to the restaurant industry, utilizing digital channels, social media, and local outreach initiatives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive B2B sales efforts, including warm calling and networking events. Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements with vendors, corporate clients, and other stakeholders to maximize revenue streams. Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional account management services, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Utilize CRM platforms such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze customer data, and refine sales strategies for optimal results. Lead business development initiatives by researching market trends, analyzing competitor activities, and identifying growth opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials that highlight the restaurant's unique offerings. Back ground in creating Marketing calendars, ads, and 4 walls marketing Conduct technical sales presentations to demonstrate how our solutions can meet the specific needs of potential clients in the hospitality sector. Understand all SM platforms and SEO Analyze sales performance metrics regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic adjustments accordingly. Demonstrate leadership by mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving collective success. Proven experience in B2B sales within the restaurant or hospitality industry is highly preferred Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals. Experience in business development with a focus on expanding market reach through strategic partnerships. Familiarity with marketing principles and techniques relevant to the food service sector. Hands-on experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for sales tracking and analysis. Demonstrated ability in technical sales roles, effectively communicating complex solutions to diverse audiences. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly through warm calling and personalized outreach efforts. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, motivate colleagues, and drive results through analysis skills and strategic thinking.
