Job description: Blueink is a fast-growing SaaS company that creates innovative eSignature solutions. We help clients embrace greater transparency, security, and efficiency in their document processes. We are based in Scottsdale, AZ, with a flexible remote team. Learn more at www.blueink.com. We are looking for a driven and experienced Account Executive - Sales to join our growing revenue team.

Monthly bonus Uncapped commission About the Job As an Account Executive at Blueink, you will: Make an impact as an integral part of our sales organization Own the full sales cycle, from lead to close Engage in meaningful discovery conversations and conduct compelling product demos Work in a fast-paced, professional, and highly supportive environment Be empowered to exceed targets and grow your career quickly Represent a product that customers genuinely love Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams You'll spend your day building relationships, qualifying leads, uncovering customer needs, and guiding prospects to the finish line—all while managing your pipeline with precision and focus. About You In addition to the core qualifications listed below, we are seeking candidates who: Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Are passionate about SaaS and thrive in a fast-moving environment Take pride in their ability to listen, build rapport, and create customer value Are highly motivated, results-driven, and coachable Understand the importance of organization and follow-up in the sales process Our Sales Stack Includes HubSpot CRM LinkedIn Loom, Zoom, Slack Google Workspace Internal team collaboration with ClickUp and other tools Skills & Requirements The ideal candidate is a high-performing sales professional with SaaS experience and a strong ability to manage pipeline, demo software, and close deals. Required Skills 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales SLED Specialist (preferred but not a must) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience conducting product demos and managing a full sales cycle Strong proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding quota Nice-to-have Skills Experience selling to legal, government, or compliance-focused teams Background in eSignature, document management, or workflow tools Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, Sandler, or SPIN Why Join Blueink?
