As a Sales Executive , you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding existing accounts through consultative, ROI-focused selling of B2B omni-channel marketing solutions. You'll be joining a well-established media and business intelligence organization that helps clients leverage first-party data, digital advertising, event sponsorships, and print solutions to reach high-value audiences. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role where ownership of the full sales cycle is essential. This is a hybrid role based in Minneapolis, Minnesota and will require you to be onsite 2 days a week. Tuesday and Thursday. $50,000/year base salary with an on-target earnings (OTE) of up to $80,000/year.
Core Duties:
Drive new business development by aggressively prospecting, qualifying, and closing new B2B accounts Own the full sales cycle from outreach to proposal development, presentation, negotiation, and closing Sell integrated marketing solutions including first-party data-driven digital advertising, event sponsorships, and print campaigns Expand existing accounts through strategic "land and expand" opportunities and upselling initiatives Conduct consultative client meetings focused on ROI, audience targeting, and campaign performance Build and maintain strong relationships with senior marketing leaders and key decision-makers Serve as a trusted advisor on digital marketing strategy and omnichannel campaign effectiveness Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM documentation Consistently meet and exceed individual revenue targets
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in advertising, media, SaaS, or marketing solutions Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving new business growth Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to sell ROI and business impact Experience selling digital marketing solutions (email, display, social, or similar) is highly preferred Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation abilities Highly self-driven, competitive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment Must be based in or near the Lehigh Valley / Allentown area What's in It for
