Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy and building long-term relationships with medium and large enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, particularly within the tech or electronics industries, and a passion for promoting sustainable solutions. As an Sales Executive, you will work closely with senior management to identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and close high-value deals that contribute to the company's growth and mission. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to identify, target, and win large enterprise accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in organizations, including C-level executives, IT departments, operations, and sustainability leaders. Manage the full sales cycle , from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Understand client needs and position Green Wave Electronics' solutions as the best fit to meet their goals. Collaborate with internal teams (senior management, operations, and engineering) to customize solutions and deliver the highest level of service to clients. Negotiate contracts and close large deals, ensuring the best terms for both the client and the company. Provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships. Track and report on sales metrics , performance, and forecasts to senior leadership. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market demands, and competitor offerings to effectively position Green Wave Electronics in the marketplace.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in enterprise sales , ideally in the logistics or electronics sectors. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on mid-size and large enterprise clients. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives. Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative sales approach. Ability to manage complex sales processes and navigate multi-stakeholder environments. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field . MBA required. A results-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
