Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our vibrant sales team. Responsibilities Engage with potential clients through outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing efforts to generate new business opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B (business-to-business) clients by understanding their needs and presenting tailored technology solutions. Conduct technical sales presentations, demonstrating product features and benefits clearly and confidently. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining professionalism and integrity. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales pipelines efficiently. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement outreach strategies that enhance brand visibility and attract prospective clients. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and ensuring a seamless sales process from initial contact to closing. Skills Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or inside sales environments with a focus on technical products or services. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English. Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships. Ability to conduct effective telemarketing, outbound calling, and warm calling campaigns that generate leads and foster client engagement. Knowledge of business development strategies and marketing techniques that support sales growth. Customer service orientation with the ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude and proactive approach. $60,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
