We help restaurants launch their own branded mobile apps, websites, loyalty systems, ordering platforms, and customer ecosystems — allowing them to compete directly with large national brands without relying entirely on third-party marketplaces. We're currently hiring ambitious sales representatives to join us during our early growth phase. This is not a typical "clock in, clock out" sales job.

Residual commission income Equity/stock compensation opportunities Leadership growth potential The chance to help shape a company from the ground floor ⸻ What You'll Be Selling Our core offerings include: White-label restaurant mobile apps Online ordering systems Loyalty/rewards systems Restaurant websites Customer retention tools Future AI and operational tools for hospitality businesses Restaurants are actively looking for ways to: Increase repeat customers Own customer relationships Reduce dependency on DoorDash/Uber Eats Build stronger branding and loyalty Our platform helps solve those problems. ⸻ Compensation Commission-Based + Equity Opportunity Initial compensation includes: Strong upfront and recurring commission structure Residual monthly commissions on active accounts Stock/equity opportunities for early hires Leadership advancement opportunities as the company scales Top performers will have the opportunity to grow into: Team lead roles Regional management Sales management positions This role is designed for people who want long-term upside, not just hourly pay. Compensation This is currently a commission-first opportunity with equity/stock incentives for early hires. Expected Earnings (OTE) On-Target Earnings Year 1
On-Target Earnings:
$80,000-$120,000+ High performers may exceed this range substantially through recurring commissions and account growth. As the company scales, we plan to transition core sales roles into: Base salary + commission structures Leadership and management opportunities Expanded equity participation for key performers ⸻ Ideal Candidate We are looking for people who are: Strong communicators Comfortable talking to business owners Self-motivated and competitive Entrepreneurial minded Professional and coachable Comfortable with outbound calls and follow-up Sales experience is a plus, but not required. Confidence, consistency, and work ethic matter more. ⸻ Responsibilities Reach out to restaurant owners/operators Explain our platform and value proposition Schedule demos and presentations Follow up with leads Maintain pipeline activity Help grow the Signet brand and reputation ⸻ Why Join Early?
