This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background and a passion for helping professional SMBs, particularly agencies and development shops, streamline their operations. The Senior Sales Executive will focus on hunting new business, conducting live demos, and building long-term relationships with clients. If you are an experienced sales professional with a technical mindset and the ability to close deals, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and cold calling to closing and account management. Conduct high-quality screen share demos and product presentations tailored to the client's needs. Attend and represent DoneDone at trade shows and networking events to build new business. Develop and maintain relationships with marketing agencies, development shops, and other potential clients. Utilize a sales CRM to track all activities, opportunities, and maintain accurate and up-to-date client data. Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies and optimize the sales process. Convert leads into long-term customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and a smooth onboarding process. Manage complex sales processes with a consultative, solution-oriented approach. Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, with a focus on enterprise-level sales or professional SMBs. Proven success in cold calling, networking events, and conducting product demos. Experience working with or selling to marketing agencies, development shops, or other similar industries is a plus. Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or other similar software. Technical sales experience is highly preferred; ability to understand and communicate software functionalities. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain an organized and accurate CRM. Self-starter with a strong drive to succeed and achieve sales goals. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to high-level stakeholders. Why DoneDone?
