Base Salary + Commissions + Performance Bonuses Join a growing company in the forklift industry! We are looking for a driven Outside Sales Executive with a commercial mindset, results-oriented approach, and a passion for developing new business. This position is ideal for professionals with B2B and B2C sales experience who are eager to maximize their earnings through an attractive commission structure. Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business opportunities. Identify potential clients in industrial, logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution center sectors. Promote and sell pre-owned forklifts. Conduct client visits and active prospecting in the assigned territory. Prepare commercial proposals and follow through to deal closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with both current and prospective clients. Meet and exceed established sales targets. Keep sales activity records up to date. Requirements ✔ B2B sales experience (prior experience with pre-owned forklift equipment is required) ✔ B2C sales experience for identifying, engaging, and converting individual consumers into customers. ✔ Basic knowledge of mechanics and electronics. ✔ Proven ability to prospect and generate new clients ✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills ✔ Strong goal
