Sturgis Molded Products • Remote - Midwest • Competitive Base + Commission You're early in your sales career, but you're not early in your work ethic. You've spent time in manufacturing, engineering, or technical sales and you're starting to see how the pieces fit together. You want a role where your instincts matter more than your tenure, and where the people above you are willing to teach. Sturgis Molded Products is where that happens. We're a Sturgis, Michigan manufacturer serving automotive and consumer product customers. We value engineer, manage tooling, and execute with certainty. This is a remote position for Midwest-based candidates who want to build a real book of business with direct executive support, clear accountability, and no corporate noise in the way. The Role We're looking for a Sales Executive to develop and grow accounts across our automotive and consumer verticals. You'll prospect, build relationships, and learn the technical side of what we do. You won't be handed a territory and left alone — you'll have direct access to a leadership team that is invested in showing you how to win the right kind of deals. You'll Bring 1-4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally with some exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or technical products Enough technical curiosity to learn injection molding, plastics, or metalworking — you don't need to know it all on day one A hunter mentality: you find the opportunity, you build the relationship, you follow through Strong communication skills and the discipline to manage a remote workload without supervision Midwest location — must be available to travel to accounts and to our Sturgis, MI facility as needed We'll Offer A base salary that reflects your experience and gives you room to grow into the role A commission structure that rewards results from the first deal Solid benefits and a career path with real upside Mentorship and direct access to experienced sales and executive leadership This role is not for you if you're looking for a structured onboarding program with hand-holding, prefer reactive selling over prospecting, or aren't comfortable with some ambiguity as you build your territory. $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
