Position Summary The Senior Account Executive plays a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing client campaigns and agency initiatives. This position partners closely with clients and internal teams to ensure all projects are strategically aligned, delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the development and execution of marketing and communication initiatives aligned with client objectives and budgets Support and guide the day-to-day execution of campaigns based on approved strategic plans Serve as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, media, production, and strategy teams to deliver integrated solutions Develop timelines, scopes, cost estimates, and project plans; secure client approvals Ensure all projects move efficiently through internal workflows with proper approvals at each stage Maintain a deep understanding of client business, industry trends, and opportunities to proactively add value Support the development, execution, and evaluation of campaigns and initiatives Coordinate production efforts (e.g., video shoots, photo shoots) within budget and timeline constraints Monitor campaign performance and leverage insights to inform optimizations Review and approve client billing for accuracy and alignment with scope Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and external partners Travel as needed for client meetings, events, and production activities Accurately track and enter time on a daily basis Adhere to all agency policies, procedures, and best practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 3-6 years of account management experience, preferably within an agency environment Demonstrated mastery of Account Executive-level responsibilities Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Ability to think strategically while executing with attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Willingness and ability to travel as needed Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong working knowledge of email, internet tools, and general business systems Leadership & Team Contribution May provide guidance or mentorship to junior team members Contributes to a collaborative, solutions-oriented team environment Demonstrates ownership and accountability across projects and client relationships Work Environment & Physical Requirements Hybrid work environment with in-office collaboration as needed Regular use of computer and standard office equipment Ability to sit, stand, walk, and communicate effectively throughout the workday Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds Travel required for client meetings, events, and production Reasonable accommodations will be made for qualified individuals with disabilities
