This full-time role reports directly to the Medical Sales Support Manager and plays a critical part in expanding our customer base, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue growth. We are looking for confident self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by building connections and closing opportunities. Key Responsibilities Identify prospective customers and decision makers through networking, lead generation, and outreach efforts Contact new and existing clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate medical supply solutions Manage inbound and outbound phone and email client communication and address questions regarding products and availability Negotiate pricing, terms, and prepare sales agreements to successfully close deals Track client sales performance to ensure profitability Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and engagement Maintain accurate contact lists and track customer interactions to support account growth Leverage creative thinking to optimize sales and expand access to the customer's formulary Collaborate with internal teams across departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction Travel as needed to meet clients and support business development efforts Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build relationships Proven ability to generate leads, manage accounts, and close sales Self-motivated with excellent multitasking and organizational skills Ability to work independently while contributing to team environment Familiarity with medical supply products or healthcare industry experience is preferred Experience with programs such as Sellercloud, PowerBI, Outlook, Microsoft Teams and Excel are a plus Compensation and Benefits Competitive annual base salary, plus commission 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance (available after 90 days of employment) Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays
