Full Time ( Requires use of a personal vehicle for work-related travel; mileage reimbursement available) We connect seniors and their families with trustworthy information, expert guidance, and quality services to simplify senior life. Your Role in This Movement As a Senior Living Advisor/Liaison, you get the best of both worlds. Interfacing with referral and community partners while guiding families to their perfect "Oasis." You will be the face of Oasis Senior Advisors locally, serving a large part of North Metro Denver and surrounding areas, extending the deep and trust-based relationships with partners you already enjoy. All while helping seniors and their families at one of the most critical decision points in their lives. Your impact will be immeasurable, as you: Develop and cultivate your relationships marketing and positioning Oasis as the go-to trusted guide for senior living and care solutions. Leverage the best-in-class proprietary software, processes, and systems for senior living placement and resources. Forge powerful connections with senior living communities, hospitals, physicians, social workers, skilled nursing facilities, and related senior living businesses and organizations. Work directly with families to navigate the complexities of senior care, guiding them with compassion and expertise. Who You Are We're looking for a passionate, results driven, and deeply empathetic professional who: Is a master connector who thrives on building authentic relationships that drive honored client referrals and successful outcomes for all stakeholders. Possesses exceptional communication skills and a deep commitment to serving others. A real problem-solver who loves to "connect the dots", moves fast, and makes things happen. Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities. Computer literate, facile, willingness and capability to work with proprietary software as well as knowledge of tools such as Office365, CRM's, etc. Excited to be a part of something bigger than just a job—a true mission to transform senior care. Has at least 3+ years of experience delivering five star service as a healthcare liaison to hospitals, rehabs and physicians, senior care advisor or salesperson, and loves working in a dynamic team environment. Hospital credentialing, CSA and other credentials or certifications are a plus. What's in It for You? Highly competitive compensation including (commission with a balanced base)

  • 130,000 on average for your first year. The work is remote. You will work within the assigned territory meeting with clients, communities and referral partners. Candidates will work in the North Metro Denver area. Unlimited growth potential
