This is a dual-impact role combining business development + recruiting, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and connecting great talent with great companies. Requirements What You Bring + 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, recruiting, account management, or marketing + (e.g., Business Development Manager, Recruiter, Account Executive, SDR) + Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close business + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Experience or exposure to marketing, creative, or digital environments (preferred) + Familiarity with social media and digital marketing concepts + Staffing, recruiting, or HR experience is a plus + Bachelor's degree required (Marketing or Business preferred) Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
