Job Description
Technical Account Executive Cloud Solutions and AI Search ToolsGreater Los Angeles Area (Hybrid)Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Technical Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and providing technical solutions related to private cloud workflows, storage systems, real-time cutting edge M+E systems, and AI Search Tools.
This role requires a blend of sales expertise and technical knowledge to successfully support our clients' needs in media and entertainment as well as carve out new market segments.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple industriesManage and grow existing client relationshipsProvide consultative selling by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate private cloud systems and solutions.
Serve as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Develop and execute a retention strategy to maintain long-term client partnerships.
Prepare and manage bids and proposals for services.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns for post-production offerings.
QualificationsProven experience in sales, preferably in Private Cloud Storage, or within the Computer Storage sector.
Demonstrated experience in consultative selling and relationship management.
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical aptitude to understand and present complex solutions.
