Overview Silver Therapeutics is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Wholesale Account Executive / Brand Operations team member to help grow our wholesale presence across Maine. This is a hybrid role combining outside sales, account management, brand support, and operational involvement within our Brunswick manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, adaptable, and comfortable balancing time both on the road and on-site. In addition to developing dispensary relationships and driving wholesale growth, this role will work closely with packaging, fulfillment, production, and leadership teams to help coordinate and prepare orders, support new product launches, and ensure strong execution at the retail level. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to play a meaningful role in the growth of a leading Maine cannabis company. Frequent travel throughout Maine is required. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a territory plan to meet and exceed wholesale revenue goals Build, maintain, and grow relationships with dispensary buyers and retail teams Identify and open new wholesale accounts throughout Maine Conduct regular store visits, product education, and sales outreach Present product assortments and promotions tailored to individual retailers Support merchandising, product placement, and promotional execution at store level Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market conditions Maintain account pipelines, forecasts, and sales reporting using internal systems Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and delivery timelines Assist with packaging, inventory preparation, fulfillment, and operational workflow within the Brunswick facility Help prepare wholesale orders for shipment and delivery Collaborate with cultivation, manufacturing, packaging, and logistics teams to support daily operations Support the development and rollout of new products by gathering market feedback, coordinating launches with retail partners, and assisting with promotional execution and sell-through strategies Provide feedback from retail partners and consumers to help guide future product development, packaging, and assortment decisions Represent Silver Therapeutics professionally throughout the Maine cannabis community Ensure compliance with all Maine cannabis regulations and company policies Qualifications 2+ years of outside sales, account management, retail-facing, or cannabis industry experience preferred Strong understanding of the Maine cannabis market preferred Proven ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and drive sales growth Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently Hands-on mentality with willingness to assist operationally when needed Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be eligible to work within Maine's cannabis industry, including required badging Must pass any required background checks and remain compliant with all state and company regulations Ability to regularly travel throughout Maine Ability to lift and move product/materials as needed within the facility Benefits Compensation includes competitive base pay, bonus opportunities, and incentive-based earning potential commensurate with experience Medical, Dental, Vision, and HSA options Employee discount program Flexible scheduling Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding cannabis company and industry What Success Looks Like Consistent growth in wholesale revenue and account base Strong long-term relationships with retail partners Reliable operational support and order execution High product visibility and sell-through at store level Successful execution of new product launches Strong communication, follow-through, and teamwork across departments To apply, please submit your resume and a brief introduction outlining your experience and interest in the role.
