Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years of industry sales experience About the Role We are seeking a driven, experienced Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing new business, nurturing select existing accounts and driving overall revenue growth within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate is a self‑motivated sales professional with a strong industry background and a proven track record of exceeding goals. They are a hunter ready to seek out new ideal customers, actively market them and close new business. We offer a proven active sales plan, live and timely lead support, a dynamice CRM and lead generating software, full marketing support and a company that is data driven to support your commercial success! Key Responsibilities Understand our ideal customer profile (ICP) Identify and close a minimum number of ICP accounts per calendar year Build and maintain strong relationships with new customers Account management of select existing customers as assigned Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory Develop and execute strategic sales plans to capture new business Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals Maintain accurate records within the CRM and prepare weekly sales report Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high‑quality customer onboarding and overall experience Qualifications Minimum 5 years of logistics industry experience in sales (required) Sales experience in warehousing, transportation and or freight forwarding preferred Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills High energy and an unbreakable drive to succeed Ability to work independently and manage a multi‑state territory Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regional travel Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office products Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $85,000 Competitive, residual, commission structure Medical, dental, vision, and other standard benefits Mileage or travel reimbursement Cell phone allowance or paid company cell phone Opportunities for professional development and advancement
