We're seeking salespeople who can read the room, overcome objections, create urgency, and maximize every opportunity in front of them. What You'll Do Evaluate tour quality and adjust your sales strategy in real time. Present and sell Capital Vacations' Term Product with confidence and professionalism. Consistently achieve or exceed sales, closing percentage, and penetration goals. Overcome objections and guide guests toward a confident buying decision. Collaborate with T.O.s and Sales Leadership to maximize closing opportunities. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all compliance and sales standards. Contribute to a winning culture built on accountability, professionalism, and results. What We're Looking For Proven sales success with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals. Timeshare, vacation ownership, hospitality, automotive, in-home, or high-ticket sales experience preferred. Strong closing skills and the ability to think on your feet. Competitive mindset with a desire to win and earn. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Coachable, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement. Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
