As a Sales Account Executive you will be responsible for growing and managing existing accounts as well as generating new leads. This will include assembling proposals, estimating jobs as well as continued support through the duration of jobs and projects. The position is paid by a base salary plus additional commission and bonuses based upon performance. Responsibilities Create sales proposals with an understanding of the customers' needs Estimate commercial and industrial HVAC jobs Maintain existing accounts and create new accounts with business and contractors Follow up on leads with existing and prospective customers Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers' experience Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company's reputation Skills Knowledge of the HVAC industry including system types, fabrication methods, brands and installation practices Proven experience in the HVAC industry Prior experience with Microsoft office products (word, excel) Excellent communication skills - email, phone, text Ability to build relationships Organizational and time-management skills Enthusiastic and passionate
