We are a premier, professional-grade clinical skincare brand trusted by the most elite ecosystem of aesthetic professionals, medical spas, and high-end retailers. We are seeking an Account Executive —a consultative partner—to expand our authority in the Southwest market.
The Role:
You will own a curated portfolio of high-value accounts, including medical aesthetics practices, luxury wellness destinations, and prestige skincare retailers. Your mission is to build a high-performance network of partners by combining clinical credibility with commercial strategy, ensuring our brand is the primary choice in both professional treatments and the retail gallery.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth & Acquisition:
Manage a high-value accounts with a focus on deep ownership of key accounts.
Clinical & Business Partnership:
Position yourself as a trusted advisor to skincare professionals. Conduct regular business reviews to understand each account's revenue model and co-create retail strategies that drive both patient results and account profit.
Product Penetration:
Drive the adoption of core system franchises and professional-grade protocols as the foundation of every account relationship.
Education & Enablement:
Deliver in-clinic training and protocol education to ensure a seamless transition from professional treatments to homecare sales.
Digital & Social Strategy:
Leverage social selling to assist partners in building their digital presence. Coach accounts on creating content that drives service bookings and retail sell-through.
Territory Operations:
Utilize CRM tools as your "single source of truth" for forecasting, activity tracking, and pipeline management. Maintain an agile travel schedule of 80% within the territory.
About You:
Experience:
4+ years in B2B field sales with a heavy focus on key account management.
Commercially Fluent:
You understand account P&Ls and can speak the language of business with medical directors and spa owners.
Skintelligent:
You have a passion for active ingredients and the ability to articulate clinical points of view to diverse skincare professionals.
Tech Savvy:
You are proficient in CRM hygiene and understand the power of social media to drive modern retail growth.
Logistics:
Must reside within one hour of a major airport in the Nashville, TN area. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record are required.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary:
$80,000-$85,000
Uncapped Performance Incentives:
A 5-tier monthly bonus plan designed to reward over-performance.
New Account Bonuses:
Dedicated incentives for each new door opened.
Travel Support:
Mileage reimbursement at the federal rate plus a monthly home office stipend.
