Job Description
Overview ExecuSource is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Account Executive to drive revenue growth within an assigned territory for a leading provider of wireless communications and technology solutions. This role is built for a true hunter — someone who thrives on prospecting, building pipeline from scratch, and converting opportunities into long-term profitable customers while protecting and expanding an existing book of business.
Responsibilities:
Drive profitable revenue growth through new customer acquisition, account retention, and account expansion within an assigned territory through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, social selling, and in-person meetings Conduct customer discovery to understand business needs, operational challenges, and communication requirements, then present and position value-added solutions in a consultative and compelling manner Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with a strong focus on self-sourced prospecting, opportunity conversion, and advancing conversations to decision-makers at multiple levels Partner with internal teams including sales leadership, operations, engineering, service, and vendor partners to develop winning solutions and prepare accurate proposals, pricing, quotes, and presentations on time Conduct regular account reviews to identify service issues, competitive risk, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and share-of-wallet expansion, while helping recover at-risk accounts through timely, solution-oriented intervention Maintain accurate and timely activity, pipeline, and account information in the CRM system and deliver consistent forecasting, prospecting activity volume, and speed of follow-through
Qualifications:
5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in wireless, telecom, technology solutions, security, electronics, or related industries with a proven track record in a hunter-oriented role Demonstrated ability to generate self-sourced pipeline, close new business, and retain and grow customer relationships over time Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with the ability to build credibility quickly at the decision-maker level Proficiency with CRM systems and general sales technology tools; highly self-motivated, competitive, resilient, and goal-oriented Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and willingness to travel locally within the assigned market
Preferred:
