Account Executive ShipSquared Addison, TX Job Details Full-time $75,000 - $150,000 a year 2 hours ago Qualifications Sales HubSpot Full Job Description We're hiring a Sales person at ShipSquared Here's the deal: We help e-commerce brands (think Nike, etc.) store their products and ship orders to customers. We're basically their fulfillment backbone.

One of our founders was on Shark Tank, so we get a ton of inbound leads from other Shark Tank brands and our marketing machine You'll work directly with our founders, they'll literally be on your first calls with you Full sales cycle ownership (prospecting, closing, growing the account) Based in Addison, Texas, you'll be in person at our actual fulfillment center Real growth potential. Build a sales team under or alongside you. Shape how the sales department grows as we scale. What you'd be doing: Managing inbound leads and doing your own cold outreach (phone, email, text, social) Running sharp discovery calls with e-commerce brands. You'll be on Zoom daily with prospects. Optimizing and organizing our HubSpot (seriously, this is a big part of day one) Collaborating with our ops team on customer onboarding Building relationships and closing deals What we're looking for: 3PL or fulfillment sales experience (preferred, but we'll train the right person) HubSpot experience is a must. You're taking over a key role and we need someone who can organize our process. Full sales cycle experience Someone who actually enjoys prospecting and cold outreach Sharp presentation skillsBonus:
comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) Dallas area or willing to relocate to Addison What you get: $100-150K OTE (base + commission). Base is dependent on your experience. Direct access to founders Ability to grow within the company Build and shape the sales department We're genuinely the best fulfillment center for e-commerce brands. Our clients love us. We just need more clients to find us. That's where you come in. •This role starts as a 6-week contract position with full training and onboarding. After the initial 6 weeks, you'll transition to full-time employment. During your contract period, you'll work closely with our founders and sales leadership to get up to speed on our process, learn our fulfillment offerings, and start building your pipeline.•Pay:
