Home Care Sales Location:
East Texas(Beaumont, Jasper, Lufkin, Livingston & Surrounding Areas)Company:

Amada Senior Care is seeking a compassionate and driven Account Executive to promote our in-home care services across the East Texas region. We're committed to helping seniors live safely and comfortably at home—and we're looking for someone who shares that passion.Key Responsibilities:
Promote Amada's home care services to healthcare professionals, community partners, and families. Develop and maintain strong referral partnerships with key healthcare professionals and organizations, including hospital Case Managers and Social Workers, Hospice and Home Health agencies, Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation facilities, Physicians, as well as Assisted and Independent Living communities. Build and execute a consistent 2-week sales call cycle — visiting a minimum of 10+ referral sources per day with strategic repeat visits to top accounts weekly. Conduct in-home consultations and assist with client onboarding. Document all visits and activity in CRM daily; submit weekly KPI reports. Follow up on active and pending inquiries to convert leads to clients. Attend healthcare and community events to build brand awareness and referral opportunities. Collaborate with internal care teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Represent Amada's mission and values in all interactions.Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in a relationship-based or service-focused industry. Familiarity with the East Texas area (Beaumont, Jasper, Lufkin, Livingston & Surrounding Areas) is required. Healthcare sales experience is a strong plus (e.g., home care, hospice, home health, or senior living). Documented success in building referral networks and achieving sales goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills. Experience with WelcomeHome CRM is a strong plus. . Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance. Willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed.Compensation & Benefits:
