Account Executive

Overview We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our growing team! Responsibilities Engage with existing clients through outbound/inbound calling, emails, and face-to-face interactions to maintain our service Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering custom solutions from their needs Conduct data entry accurately to update customer records, sales activities, and follow-up tasks Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a consistent communication pattern Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette during outbound calls and client interactions to foster trust and professionalism Collaborate with Marketers to develop strategic approaches for account growth Experience Previous experience in sales and /or customer service is highly preferred; familiarity with outbound calling is a plus Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging diverse client bases Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with good typing speed and attention to detail Demonstrated computer skills including proficiency in a data entry system Experience in customer support or client services roles that require active listening and problem-solving skills Knowledge of call center operations or phone etiquette best practices enhances effectiveness in this role Ability to analyze data, interpret client needs, and provide insightful solutions for account management

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
