At MCM University, we believe that knowledge combined with the right guidance changes the trajectory of a business and a life. We work with real estate investors and business professionals who are serious about growth: people who have the drive but need a structured path, a trusted mentor, and a community that holds them to a higher standard. Our programs are built on real-world experience, not solely educational theory. Our founders bring decades of real estate investing and education expertise to every client engagement, and the results speak for themselves. We are not in the business of selling hope, we are in the business of building capability, creating accountability, and delivering outcomes that our clients can point to. This is a company where the work matters, the culture is professional and collaborative, and the people around you are genuinely invested in doing things right. If you are someone who takes pride in what you do, holds yourself to a high standard, and wants to be part of something that is making a real impact, you will feel at home here. The Opportunity This role exists because demand for our programs is growing and our pipeline requires dedicated, skilled attention. The majority of your leads will be warm and generated through our various lead sources. You are not building from scratch. You are stepping into a functioning pipeline and being trusted to manage and close it with professionalism. At the same time, we expect initiative. Company-provided leads are a strong foundation, and the right candidate will supplement that pipeline through their own network development, referral generation, and proactive outreach. This is a role for someone who sees opportunity everywhere, not just in the leads that land in the CRM.
What you will do:
Manage a warm lead pipeline generated through MCM University's education platform and community relationships, while actively developing additional opportunities through your own network and referral channels. Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand each prospect's goals, challenges, and readiness, then guide them toward the program that best fits their needs. Consistently close high-ticket enrollments by building trust quickly, presenting with clarity, and asking for the business when the time is right. Present MCM University's programs in a consultative, relationship-driven manner. You are helping clients make a meaningful investment in their business and their future. Navigate objections professionally and thoughtfully, maintaining the trust of the prospect throughout the sales conversation. Maintain a disciplined pipeline in Monday.com by timely logging leads, stages current, follow-up dates honored without exception. Execute a consistent follow-up cadence after every discovery call and proposal, ensuring no qualified prospect goes without a timely and professional response. Close enrollments, collect deposits, and hand off new clients to the delivery team with care and clarity. Supplement company-provided leads with self-generated opportunities through professional networking, referral development, and proactive outreach. Attend education events and community touchpoints to build product knowledge and deepen relationships within the communities we serve. Represent MCM University with professionalism and integrity in every client interaction Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
Who You Are:
You have a minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience with a proven track record closing high-ticket, consultative transactions of $5,000/product or more. You are self-directed and take ownership of your pipeline and your results. You bring solutions, not excuses. You approach sales as a relationship-building process and understand that trust, patience, and follow-through are what separate good closers from great ones. You are organized and consistent in how you manage your pipeline. CRM discipline and structured follow-up are simply part of how you operate. You communicate clearly and professionally across every channel: in-person, phone, video, and written. You can adapt your approach to different personalities and situations with ease. You are motivated by a direct relationship between your effort and your income, and you thrive in an environment where performance drives compensation. You take your professional reputation seriously. How you represent yourself is how you represent the company, and you hold both to a high standard You are someone who generates your own energy. You do not need external motivation to pick up the phone, fill the pipeline, or put in the work on a slow week. You know how to close.
Qualifications:
Required Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience with a demonstrated track record in high-ticket consultative sales A track record that shows you can close, not just sell. There is a difference and we are looking for someone who knows it. Proven ability to close in a multi-touch, relationship-based sales environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with CRM tools and a consistent, disciplined approach to pipeline management Demonstrated ability to self-generate leads in addition to working a company-provided pipeline Ability to work full-time, in-office in Fort Worth, Texas Preferred Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field. Or equivalent professional experience Experience selling professional development, coaching, education, or consulting programs Familiarity with the real estate investment or business coaching space Experience with Monday.com or similar CRM and project management platforms Compensation, Benefits, + Perks Base salary plus uncapped commission Medical insurance 10 days PTO annually + 11 paid company holidays Monthly vehicle allowance Company provided mobile device for business use $60,000-$100,000+ OTE (base + commission).
