Job Description:
Develop new business opportunities within the Houston market and surrounding regions Build and maintain long-term relationships with shippers, manufacturers, and supply chain leaders Identify logistics challenges and present tailored solutions across Aries' comprehensive service offerings Leverage Aries' operational expertise and technology platform to deliver value-driven logistics solutions Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue growth targets Collaborate closely with internal operations and product teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences Represent Aries Worldwide Logistics with professionalism and industry expertise Experience in freight forwarding, global logistics, or international transportation sales strongly preferred. Candidates from both major global forwarders and high-performing mid-sized forwarders are encouraged to apply. Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills, with the ability to position value, service, and tailored logistics solutions—not simply compete on rate. Established relationships within the Houston shipper, manufacturing, energy, or supply chain community are highly valued. Success in this role requires a consultative approach to complex logistics solutions across international freight and multimodal transportation rather than purely transactional spot brokerage sales. Highly motivated business development mindset with strong organization, discipline, and pipeline management skills.
