Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Account Executive is responsible for promoting and selling memberships while striving to build strong relationships with current and prospective members to enhance retention. This role requires a motivated, energetic individual who can meet sales goals and contribute to Fit Labz's overall success.
Schedule:
This position is part-time, temp-to-hire, with the potential to become full-time. Flexibility is essential based on monthly sales specials and promotions.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in business, marketing, or other related fields; 1 year of experience in a similar or related position
  • Proven sales experience required
  • Experience managing schedules and calendars for trainers, instructors, and classes
  • Experience in client interactions and telephone solicitations
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly energetic and positive attitude
  • Marketing management and social media are highly desired
  • Experience in a startup is a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly sales goals set by the Management Team
  • Recruit and retain new members through personalized sales approaches
  • Participate in sales training and professional development meetings
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of club products, services, and offerings
  • Stay informed on competitor activities and market trends
  • Follow all sales policies and procedures as outlined in the Account Executive Manual
  • Ensure accurate completion of sales commissions and related reports each month
  • Assist with ongoing customer support relations; respond to requests, including pricing, damage investigations, and inquiries.
Provide ongoing customer support service and active participation in customer issue resolution.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support Corporate Wellness sales initiatives
  • Assist with processing membership contracts and paperwork
  • May sell new and upgrades (strength + cardio + recovery + flooring)
  • Experience with acquisition and retention strategies is desired
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
  • Demonstrate Fit Labz's mission and values in every interaction Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
